In short
- You need an Instagram Business or Creator account.
- Connect it once in Settings, and say yes to what Instagram asks.
- Automation is on every plan, Free too.
Steps
- Open Settings and find Social accounts.
- Next to Instagram, click Connect an Instagram professional account.
- A popup opens on Instagram. Log in.
- Allow the permissions Instagram asks for.
- Open Automation in the menu on the left.
- Look at Accounts. Each account has three dots: plan, Instagram permissions, ready to send.
- Is a dot red? Click Grant Instagram permissions. Instagram opens in a small window. Tick both permissions.
- All three dots green? You are ready to set up your first automation.
Good to know
- See Turn on automation next to your account in Settings? Click it. That account still needs the permissions.
- A personal account will not connect. In the Instagram app, go to Settings, then Account type, and switch.
- Connecting only works on sprkly.app.
- Each plan includes people a month per account: 10 on Free, 100 on Creator, 1,000 on Power.
