X is in private testing. The connect button appears when it opens.
What you need
- An X account.
- A paid sprkly plan. X is not on Free or the trial.
Connect it
- Go to Settings and find Social accounts.
- Next to X, click Connect an X account.
- X asks you to sign in. Then click Authorize app.
- X now shows Connected in Settings.
What you can post
- Text up to 280 characters.
- Up to 4 photos. Big photos are shrunk for you.
- No video yet. No quote posts.
Limits
- Up to 2 X accounts.
- Each X account gets 60 posts a month.
- 10 of those can have a link.
- The count starts again on the 1st.
If it fails
- "Reconnect X." Click Reconnect next to X in Settings.
- You want to stop. Disconnect in Settings. Or remove sprkly in X under Settings, then Security and account access, then Apps and sessions.
