How does the 7-day free trial work?

  • It starts the day you sign up.
  • No card needed.
  • It is a free trial of Creator.
  • X opens when you pick Creator or Power.
  • You get 7 days and 5 accounts.
  • An account is one handle on one app. @yourbrand on Instagram is one. @yourbrand on TikTok is another.
  • You can post up to 3 times a day and 30 times a month.
  • You can schedule posts up to 2 weeks past the end of your trial.
  • One post sent to many accounts counts once.
  • The API and MCP for Claude and ChatGPT are in the trial too.
  • Post approval and post delays are on Power only.
  • Subscribe at any time. You pay nothing until the trial ends.
  • Cancel before then and you pay nothing at all.

How does pricing work?

  • Creator is US$4.50 a month for each account.
  • Power is US$9 a month for each account.
  • 5 accounts on Creator: US$22.50 a month. On Power: US$45 a month.
  • A new plan starts with up to 30 accounts.
  • Add or remove accounts in Settings after that.

What happens past your monthly contacts?

  • Free: 10 per account. Creator: 100. Power: 1,000.
  • New people get no automated DM until the month turns.
  • People you already messaged still get replies.
  • A bigger pack is coming.

What counts as an account?

  • One handle on one platform is one account.
  • @mypage on Instagram = 1 account.
  • @mynewpage on TikTok = 1 account.
  • The same handle on a second platform is a second account.

What payment methods do you accept?

  • All major credit/debit cards via Stripe.

What if I want a refund?

  • The trial means you never pay before you have used sprkly for a week.
  • After that, our refund policy is in the terms.
  • Email support@sprkly.app.
  • We reply within one business day.
