What you need
- An Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts can't connect.
- To be signed in to sprkly on sprkly.app. Connecting does not work anywhere else.
- Your Instagram login.
Steps
- Go to Settings and find Social accounts.
- Next to Instagram, click Connect an Instagram professional account.
- A popup opens on Instagram. Log in.
- Allow the permissions Instagram asks for.
- The popup closes. Instagram now shows Connected in Settings.
To add a second Instagram account, click Add account on the Instagram card.
If it fails
- "We need a Business or Creator account." Open the Instagram app. Go to Settings → Account type. Switch to Business or Creator. Then try again.
- "That account is already connected." You are logged in to Instagram as that account. Log out of Instagram in your browser, then click Add account again.
- Nothing happens on localhost or a preview link. Open sprkly.app/settings and try there.
