Reply without opening Instagram
- Type a DM and press Send. It goes out as your account.
- Reply to a comment, hide it or delete it.
- Press Sync platforms to pull in older comments and DMs.
Step in, and the bot steps back
- Reply yourself and automation stops for that person for 5 minutes.
- Press Take over to pause it for longer. Tick Permanent takeover to keep it off.
- Press Hand back when you are done.
Know who you are talking to
- First seen, last active, and how many comments and DMs they sent.
- Whether they follow you, and how many followers they have.
- Filter by who sent a DM, who commented, who got an auto reply, who follows you and who does not.
Turn chats into leads

What it does not do
- Instagram only. No TikTok, Facebook, Threads or X messages yet.
- You can only DM someone within 24 hours of their last message. That is Meta's rule.
- Someone who only commented cannot get a DM from the inbox until they message you. Reply to their comment instead.
- It does not show a bio or when someone followed you. Instagram does not share them.
- Import only tags people already in your inbox. It does not add new people.
