Reply to a word in your DMs, and set a default reply

In short

• Say "DM me PRICE" in your bio, a Reel or a Story.
• When someone DMs that word, your answer goes out.
• A default reply answers any DM none of your words match.

Steps

1. Open Automation and click New.
2. Pick Answer common questions.
3. Under Your questions, fill in The word they DM you, like PRICE. Then write Your answer.
4. Click Add a question for each new word. Up to 10.
5. In Reply to anything else (optional), write your default reply.
6. Click Go live.

Just one word and a link? Pick DM me a word in step 2 instead.

Good to know

• Each word gets its own answer. Two answers cannot share one word.
• The default reply goes out once a day per person.
• Already have a default reply? The new one replaces it.
• You can also edit it under Basics, then Default reply. Tick Turn on, then click Save.
