Answer story replies and mentions

In short

• When someone replies to your story, sprkly can DM them back.
• When someone mentions you in their story, sprkly can say thanks.
• There is no post to pick. It watches your whole account.

Steps

1. Open Automation and click New.
2. Pick Answer story replies, or Thank story mentions.
3. Read Your DM. Change it so it sounds like you.
4. Click Go live.

Want to send a link for one word only? Pick Send a link from story replies in step 2. Fill in The word they reply with and Your link, then click Go live.

Good to know

• A story reply automation answers every reply to your stories. Add a word to answer only that word.
• A story mention automation fires when someone mentions you in their story.
• Story replies, mentions and comments all show up in your Inbox.
• Each person it messages counts toward your people this month.
