Collect an email, then send a link

In short

• Someone comments your word. sprkly DMs them and asks for their email.
• They reply with it. sprkly saves it and sends your thank you.
• Add a link, and it goes with the thank you as a button.

Steps

1. Open Automation and click New.
2. Pick Grow your email list.
3. Under Which post should it watch?, pick your post.
4. Type The word they comment.
5. In After they send their email, send this link (optional), paste your guide or brochure link.
6. Click Go live.

Add it to an automation you already have

1. Open the automation, then Extra steps (optional).
2. Fill in Ask for email: the question, the thank you, and the link if you want one.
3. Click Turn it on.

Good to know

• The question goes under your DM. It is not a second message.
• You see the email on the person's details in your Inbox.
• The link must start with https://
