Yes. sprkly schedules Instagram Stories and posts them at the time you pick. A Story takes one photo or one video, and it goes out with no caption.
The rules for a Story
- One photo or one video. No sets of photos.
- A Story video can run up to 60 seconds.
- A Reel can run up to 15 minutes, so long clips belong in a Reel.
- A Story disappears after 24 hours, the same as one you post by hand.
- Shoot it tall, 9:16, so it fills the screen.
No caption on a Story
- Instagram has no caption field on a Story.
- If you type a caption, sprkly marks it "not sent on a Story".
- Your words are kept, so they come back if you switch to a Reel.
- Want text on a Story? Put it on the photo or video itself.
No stickers
- No link sticker, poll, or music sticker.
- No app can add Story stickers through Instagram. It is not just sprkly.
- If a sticker matters, post that Story by hand.
Story or Reel?
- A tall video can be a Reel or a Story. The file cannot tell which.
- So you choose.
- Pick Story when it should be gone in a day.
- Pick Reel when it should stay.
What you need first
- An Instagram Business or Creator account, connected in Settings.
- In sprkly, Stories are for Instagram only.
- Stories are on every plan, Free too.
Do it in sprkly: In Compose, pick your Instagram account, open the Story tab, add one photo or video, and choose a time.
