A post stays Scheduled until the time you set. That is normal. If it is still Scheduled after its time, the account's connection has usually expired, or the platform is still processing the media.
Before its time
- sprkly publishes each post at the minute you picked.
- Until then it shows as Scheduled. Nothing is wrong.
- Check the time and the timezone on the post.
After its time: the two usual causes
The connection expired.
- Instagram and TikTok sign apps out from time to time.
- Look for a Reconnect alert on your dashboard or in Settings.
- Reconnect, then pick a new time for the post.
The platform is still processing.
- Video takes time on the platform's side after sprkly hands it over.
- TikTok can take a few minutes before the post is live.
- Give it a little while before you do anything.
What sprkly does on its own
- If a publish fails, sprkly tries again, with a longer wait each time, up to 3 tries.
- Most small hiccups clear this way.
- If all tries fail, the post turns Failed on your Schedule page, and sprkly emails you why.
- So a post never fails in silence.
Is it waiting for approval?
- On Power and the trial, a post can be held for approval.
- A held post does not go out until someone approves it.
- Check your calendar for posts waiting on you.
What not to do
- Do not post it by hand while it still shows Scheduled. If the platform finishes, it goes out twice.
- Do not make a copy and schedule that too. Same risk.
Still stuck?
- Email support@sprkly.app with the post's caption and time.
- We reply within one business day.
Do it in sprkly: Open Schedule, find the post, and check its status. If your dashboard shows a Reconnect alert, open Settings and reconnect first.
