How do I post one video to TikTok, Reels and Shorts at once?

Export one vertical 9:16 video. In one post, pick your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts, add a title for TikTok and YouTube, and schedule it once. sprkly sends the same video to all three at the time you pick.

Before you upload

  • Shape: 9:16, vertical. 1080 x 1920 works on all three.
  • Shorts: keep it 3 minutes or shorter, and vertical. A wide video is never a Short.
  • Reels: up to 15 minutes.
  • TikTok: Compose shows the longest video your TikTok account can post.
  • File: MP4 is the safest.
  • One video per post.

The text each one needs

  • TikTok: a title. It is the only text field on a TikTok video. sprkly puts your caption after it, up to 2,200 characters.
  • YouTube: a title, 100 characters or fewer.
  • Instagram: a caption, up to 2,200 characters.
  • You can write a different caption for each one in the same post. One caption pasted everywhere reads that way.

The settings each one needs

  • TikTok: a privacy level on every post, such as public. Compose opens this for you.
  • YouTube: category and privacy have sensible defaults. Change them if you like.
  • Cover: you can pick a cover for Instagram. TikTok and Shorts take no cover, so sprkly bakes your pick in as the first frame.

Want them at different times?

  • By default all three go out at once.
  • On Power, Post delays lets each account post at its own time.

Adding Facebook too?

  • A Facebook Reel must be 9:16 and 3 to 90 seconds long.
  • A longer clip still posts, but to your Page feed as a normal video.

After it posts

  • Check your Analytics page. TikTok, Instagram and YouTube all share numbers with sprkly.
  • Compare them side by side, but only on numbers all three share.

Do it in sprkly: In Compose, pick your TikTok, Instagram and YouTube accounts, upload the 9:16 video, fill in Title, set TikTok's privacy, and click Schedule.
