How long we keep it
- Free: 7 days.
- Creator: 60 days.
- Power and the free trial: 180 days.
- After that, sprkly clears it out on its own, once the posts that use it have gone out.
What clearing it means
- A post that is already live stays on the platform. Clearing our copy does not touch it.
- You cannot post a cleared file again from sprkly. Upload it again instead.
- So keep the original on your phone or computer.
How much space you get
- Free: 1 GB per account.
- Creator: 10 GB per account.
- Power: 30 GB per account.
- Only files you upload count. Posts sprkly brings in from your accounts do not.
Delete it all now
- Email support@sprkly.app from your account email.
- We delete your account, your posts and your media.
