Batching means creating and scheduling several posts at once instead of scrambling daily. Here's a workflow that gets a week done in one sitting.
1. Plan the slots (10 min)
Decide how many posts and roughly what each one is — e.g. "Mon tip, Wed behind-the-scenes, Fri Reel." A simple content calendar keeps this fast.
2. Create in one block (30–40 min)
- Film all your videos back to back while you're set up.
- Export vertical 9:16 MP4 for Reels/TikTok/Shorts, JPEG for photos. (Format details.)
- Draft captions in a doc so you're in writing mode once, not seven times.
3. Schedule the whole week (10 min)
- Open Compose and add your first post.
- Select every platform it should go to — one upload, multiple platforms.
- Drop it into your best time window and hit Schedule.
- Repeat for each post, then review the week on the Schedule calendar.

4. Walk away
