Disconnecting a social account
Open Settings, find the account under Connected Accounts, and click Disconnect. The account's access token is removed immediately and Sprkly can no longer post to it. Scheduled posts targeting that account won't publish.
You can also revoke Sprkly from the platform's side (e.g. Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites) — both directions fully cut access.
What we store
We store the minimum needed to schedule posts: encrypted access tokens (AES-256), your post content and media, and basic profile info (handle, avatar, follower count). We never see your platform password. Full details in our privacy policy.
Deleting your Sprkly account entirely
Email [email protected] from your account email and we'll delete your account, connected tokens, posts, and media. Meta-initiated data deletion requests (via the platform's own deletion flow) are honoured automatically.
